As a Rogers Team Lead, you'll have the opportunity to stay involved in customer interactions while helping support sales activities, encourage team performance, and create a positive customer experience. What You'll Be Doing: Rogers Team Lead

- Help our customers explore options for home internet, TV entertainment, and traditional landline phone service in person.
- Start engaging in in-person sales conversations to understand customers’ current services, their routines, and reasons for considering alternatives.
- Present relevant service choices in simple language in person, focusing on what customers need to know to make an informed decision.
- Answer routine questions, support enrollment, and connect customers with the appropriate team for more complex requests.
- Document customer preferences and agreed follow-ups carefully, following company procedures for customer information.




- Create a positive sales experience by making each interaction informative, respectful, and focused on the customer.
