As an authorized marketing partner representing Rogers products and services, Sparkup Marketing works to create positive customer experiences and introduce customers to telecommunications solutions that meet their needs.

As a Rogers Team Lead, you'll take an active role in customer engagement, sales activities, and supporting the development of our sales team. You'll help customers explore Rogers products and services while providing guidance, encouragement, and support to team members working toward shared goals.

Key Responsibilities for a Rogers Team Lead

- Represent Rogers products and services through direct customer interactions.
- Engage with customers, identify their needs, and introduce relevant telecommunications solutions.
- Support daily sales operations and help the team achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and developing new team members.
- Lead by example through effective communication, professionalism, and customer engagement.
- Provide feedback and guidance to encourage team development and continuous improvement.
- Help create a positive, collaborative,



and customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications for the Rogers Team Lead

- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in leadership, coaching, and team development.
- Confidence engaging with customers and building professional relationships.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
