- Measure, cut, shape, and install metal flashing and roofing accessories using hand tools and carpentry techniques.
- Apply caulking and sealants at joints and edges, checking finished work for secure fit and effective weather protection.
- Lift and position materials safely, keep the work area organized, and coordinate installation steps with the crew.

Qualifications

Required: Practical ability to use hand tools, read blueprints, perform carpentry tasks, apply caulking, and handle heavy lifting as part of installation work. Preferred: Construction experience and handyman experience are helpful, along with careful workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues on active job sites.

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
