The Robotics Automation Success Technician is a field-based, customer-facing technical specialist serving as Tennant’s robotics Subject Matter Expert. You will support demonstrations, pilots, installations, programming, route mapping, onboarding, and post-deployment hyper-care. The work involves collaboration with Sales, Service, Business Development, and Customer Success teams. You will help customers integrate autonomous equipment into cleaning operations and improve sustained usage. This position requires practical technical experience, strong communication, and systematic field troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and operate robotic equipment during demonstrations and pilots
- Install, program, map routes,



and validate autonomous operation
- Train operators on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Provide first-line technical support after deployment
- Coach customers and resolve barriers to autonomous usage

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant technical education and experience
- Minimum three years of technical or field experience
- Ability to travel at least 60 percent
- Experience installing, configuring, operating, or troubleshooting technical equipment
- Solid customer-facing communication and presentation skills
