As a Product Manager in Product Operations, you will own licensing and entitlement design for current launches. You will partner with Pricing Strategy, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Sales Operations. Your requirements will influence provisioning systems, data models, and stakeholder tooling while supporting commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define entitlement models, feature access, limits, and capacity provisioning
- Map licenses to containers, SKUs, products, and customer features
- Partner on overage handling and trial-to-paid conversion
- Own governance, sign-off, standards,



and launch documentation
- Assess pricing impacts across revenue and sales processes

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in product, engineering, operations, IT, or similar
- Two-plus years leading technical cross-functional programs
- Experience with B2B SaaS licensing or product development
- Ability to troubleshoot XML and validate license definitions
- Proficiency with SOQL, SQL, AI tools, and source control
