Based in Whitby, Porirua, this Registered Nurse position serves residents across rest home, hospital, dementia, and psychogeriatric care. You will lead care delivery, make clinical decisions, and support wellbeing, dignity, and safety. The role also involves clinical documentation, relationship building, and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care across varied residential care settings

Requirements:
- Current Nursing Council of Current Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
- NZ aged care experience preferred; other RN backgrounds considered
- Demonstrated improvements in care plans and assessments
- Effective communication with residents, whānau, teams, and providers
- Confidence using clinical systems, records, and reporting tools
