This technician helps maintain equipment, produce quality parts, and achieve efficiency targets in a production workplace. The work includes troubleshooting weld controllers, robotics, and programmable logic controllers. You will also lead Welding Associates, support safety, and address quality issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot weld controllers, robotics, and programmable logic controllers
- Modify robot, peripheral, and welding programs as required
- Complete preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment changeovers
- Adjust welding schedules, fixtures, and parameters for quality
- Lead assigned associates through training, meetings, and rotations

Requirements:

- Read and write English
- Electro-Mechanical Technician Diploma preferred
- One to three years in a similar production role
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC processors required
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
