This Intermediate Interior Designer position covers the full design process within Clearspace’s design and build company. You will translate client requirements into practical, creative solutions while coordinating with project managers, estimators, site supervisors, and trades. Corporate office design experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own design elements from project kick-off through completion
- Create concepts, budgets, material selections, and furniture specifications
- Lead client presentations from programming through design development
- Coordinate drawings, consultants, junior designers,



and CAD technicians
- Coordinate design, tender, and construction activities with project teams

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of interior design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
- Experience with three-dimensional rendering and visualization
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, or similar software
- Robust English communication and time management skills
