This Plant Controls Engineer supports high-volume automated assembly operations. The work combines PLC data analysis, controls troubleshooting, industrial networking, and equipment implementation. You will investigate faults, reduce downtime, validate safety systems, and support continuous improvement across production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze PLC data to identify bottlenecks and recurring downtime
- Optimize tooling, automation parameters, cycle times, and OEE
- Investigate controls faults and implement permanent corrective actions
- Maintain plant-floor Ethernet networks and communication hardware




- Support equipment launches with complete production-ready documentation

Requirements:

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
- Two-plus years supporting controls in high-speed production
- Two to four years using Allen-Bradley ControlLogix 5000
- Experience with Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk View Studio
- Experience with automated assembly and industrial vision systems
