Lead global accounting with IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting expertise as Group Financial Controller in Windsor or Toronto, Ontario. Support accurate reporting across multiple entities.

Reporting to the CFO and CEO, this position provides financial support and strategic advice to companies and global entities. You will guide accounting teams, maintain effective systems, and deliver timely information to stakeholders. The work spans close processes, controls, audits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end and year-end close processes across global entities
- Maintain accounting policies aligned with IFRS, GAAP, and controls
- Oversee intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidation entries




- Support audits and prepare documentation for external auditors
- Drive ERP optimization, data integrity, and reporting automation

Requirements:

- Experience supporting global accounting teams and entities
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, internal controls, and compliance
- Ability to guide teams and resolve accounting issues
- Willingness to travel periodically between regional finance teams
- Availability to work in Windsor or Toronto, Ontario
