The DTC Caseworker provides case management for clients in the Drug Treatment Court, delivering direct services and timely referrals. Works with a multi-disciplinary team to create individualized plans and support recovery goals.

You will collaborate with judicial and health care partners, manage confidential files, and coordinate aftercare planning, including sober living supports and community resources.
