This Trade Compliance Manager independently administers assigned activities across Canadian programs, projects, and business lines. You will assess regulatory risks, manage authorizations, and support import, export, and controlled information requirements. The role works with project teams, supply chain, engineering, procurement, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage import compliance, outbound shipments, and controlled transfers
- Draft technology control plans with project teams
- Prepare trainings and stakeholder compliance briefings




- Manage export authorizations and restricted party screenings
- Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in business or related field
- Three to five years of international trade compliance experience
- Knowledge of NEXCOL, CARM, ITAR, and EAR
- Competency with restricted party screening tools
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods assessment and NATO Secret clearance
