Apply industrial electrical maintenance expertise with CDN as an Electrical Journeyperson in Kitimat, BC, working Monday to Friday with night support as required.

This local position requires relocation for non-Kitimat residents. The Electrical Journeyperson installs and maintains industrial electrical systems, troubleshoots equipment, and supports protected project execution. Work includes EMT piping, heat trace, MCC equipment, VFDs, high-voltage systems, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain EMT piping, heat trace, batteries, and VFDs
- Execute electrical lockout/tagout procedures for safety compliance
- Perform scheduled and preventative equipment maintenance
- Interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specifications




- Complete testing, ordering, administrative, and QAQC documentation

Requirements:

- Red Seal Electrical Journeyperson Ticket required
- Seven or more years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
- High-voltage systems experience up to 6.9 kV
- Thermon heat-tracing troubleshooting and repair experience
- Valid Class 5 license and required safety certifications
