As Software Engineering Architect, you will own how engineering is practised across Dexterra. Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, you will align teams, partners, and stakeholders while modernizing enterprise platforms and advancing internal AI capabilities. Your work will connect architecture decisions with practical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish software engineering standards, processes, and accountability
- Modernize enterprise platforms through microservices and API-first architecture
- Improve CI/CD, code quality, observability, and release management
- Embed cybersecurity,

Requirements:

- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of team or technical leadership
- Degree or diploma in a related technical field
- Cloud engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, and secure development knowledge
- Enterprise integrations and AI/ML or LLM solution experience
