The Director of Procurement develops reliable, cost-effective supply strategies for plumbing and hydronic products. You will manage vendor relationships, guide purchasing plans, support sourcing and importing, and improve supply chain performance. The role connects procurement decisions with sales, inventory, finance, and company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute company procurement strategy
- Negotiate vendor pricing, terms, rebates, and opportunities
- Balance inventory investment and improve fill rates




- Report procurement KPIs to senior leadership
- Champion ERP, data, and forecasting tools

Requirements:

- Five-plus years progressive procurement experience in wholesale distribution
- Experience with manufacturers, importing, customs, and trade compliance
- Solid analytical and financial acumen
- Advanced Microsoft Office and ERP systems proficiency
- Business or supply chain post-secondary degree
