Wiser Solutions seeks a senior ML engineer to deliver production systems for matching, classification, and attribute extraction. You will combine classical machine learning, embeddings, retrieval, and LLMs while balancing accuracy and cost. The work spans prototypes, experiments, deployment, and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Turn customer problems into working prototypes quickly
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models for product data
- Design RAG and embedding-based retrieval systems on AWS
- Own experiment tracking, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
- Monitor drift, quality, latency, and prediction costs

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in ML or AI engineering
- Production experience owning machine learning systems after launch
- Robust Python, testing, version control, and CI/CD habits
- Hands-on LLM, RAG, embeddings, and vector database experience
- Working knowledge of MLOps tools and AWS ML services
