Key Responsibilities:

- Lead customer experience priorities and optimize team deployment

Requirements:

- One to three years of specialty retail leadership experience
- Customer-facing team leadership experience in retail
- Experience executing customer experience or omni-channel programs
- Strong retail operations, cash handling, and compliance understanding
- Ability to work flexible schedules and lift up to 40 pounds
