Our client is a Canadian company with international operations. To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its team.
Reporting to the Head of Legal Affairs, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of lawyers.
You will handle a wide range of matters relating to the company’s day-to-day operations, including commercial contracts, claims, and litigation. You will also be called upon to advise on employment law matters from time to time. In addition to managing your own files, you will mentor team members and lead initiatives aimed at improving the department’s efficiency and the management of its legal operations.
