The clinical position promotes population health, reduces inequities, and supports individuals, families, groups, and communities throughout the life span. Work includes health protection, illness prevention, health promotion, and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote, protect, and preserve population health
- Address determinants of health and inequitable outcomes
- Prevent injuries, chronic diseases, and communicable diseases
- Support reproductive and sexual health services
- Promote postpartum women, infant, and family health

Requirements:

- Active Manitoba registered nursing practice registration
- Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support certification
- Two years’ recent public health or related nursing experience
