TekStaff's Client has a 12 month contract for a Scrum Master. The position requires Certified Scrum Master credentials, three or more years of Scrum Master experience, and Agile Management tools experience. You will support complex, Scaled Agile environments across software development, product, enterprise transformation, or related settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration among senior leaders, teams, and stakeholders
- Guide diverse teams through conflict resolution and alignment
- Identify critical path risks affecting major waterfall milestones
- Assess metrics, flow analysis, and ART health
- Influence delivery without direct authority through servant leadership
Requirements:
- Proficiency in JIRA and Agile Management tools
- Certified Scrum Master with three-plus years experience
- Five to seven years of Agile experience preferred
- Experience in complex, Scaled Agile environments
- Solid communication, facilitation, influence, and stakeholder management skills
