Lead mergers and acquisitions strategy at eStruxture Data Centers, using financial modeling and valuation to guide corporate growth initiatives. This office-based role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Director of Corporate Development leads the corporate development team. The role evaluates acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, capital structures, and major asset transactions. It also supports executive and Board reporting across corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, evaluate, structure, and execute strategic transactions
- Manage commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
- Perform DCF, IRR, valuation, and sensitivity analysis
- Lead capital structure planning and debt negotiations




- Prepare and present quarterly Board materials

Requirements:

- Eight to ten years of progressive relevant experience
- Traditional M&A; leadership from sourcing through closing
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
- Robust negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Canadian market experience highly desirable
