Reporting to the Manager, Payroll, the temporary Manager, Financial Services supports payroll, human resources, and financial reporting implementation activities. The position analyzes payroll data, troubleshoots discrepancies, and participates in decision-making. It also delivers training, maintains documentation, and supports solutions aligned with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Sparkrock HRP implementation and deployment activities
- Analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies across multiple sources
- Test payroll software and troubleshoot routine system problems




- Deliver training and information sessions for staff
- Maintain process documentation and procedures manuals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Minimum four years of progressively responsible related experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to process high information volumes accurately under strict deadlines
