This Senior Kubernetes/Go Engineer strengthens shared Elasticsearch platform functionality. You will design distributed systems, scalable APIs, and orchestration supporting serverless, cloud, and on-premise delivery. The work includes observability, automation, operational investigations, and collaboration across engineering teams and open source projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design distributed systems orchestrating Serverless Elasticsearch projects
- Own Kubernetes orchestration for Elasticsearch clusters in cloud
- Implement horizontally scalable Elasticsearch features and APIs




- Improve cloud system operations and observability
- Resolve performance and stability issues end to end

Requirements:

- Robust Go skills, including concurrency primitives and idiomatic error handling
- Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes
- Experience crafting APIs and reasoning through tradeoffs
- Proficiency in algorithms and data structures
- Experience leading large-scale engineering projects
