Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is hiring for a Clinical Coordinator, Mental Health & Substance Use with the Downtown Eastside Youth Outreach Team. You will coordinate care across primary care, mental health and substance use services and support housing and crisis intervention for residents/clients.

You will lead cutting-edge care approaches, supervise staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery, education, and research within a client-centered care model.
