What you’ll do:

- Drive Business Growth: Expand your assigned territory, identify recent client opportunities, and actively pick up the phone to prospect recent business.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Maintain and nurture deep connections with public safety and law enforcement clients to effectively promote our products and services.
- Deliver Strategic Solutions: Act as a consultative partner, aligning our product offerings with customer needs and market conditions.
- Provide Hands-On Support: Leverage your mechanical aptitude to provide clients with valuable on-site product demonstrations and technical training.




- Manage the Pipeline: Utilize CRM software to track leads, log customer interactions, and manage sales opportunities from inception to close.

What we need from you:

- Experience: Proven track record as a strategic, solutions-oriented sales achiever with previous sales experience.
- Drive & Curiosity: A natural desire to learn, grow, and develop, paired with ambition and self-reliance.
- Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Technical Aptitude: Computer literacy with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Security & Compliance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance (background screening required).
- Travel & Logistics: Must live in the local area with the ability to reliably commute to the head office. A valid driver’s license (full privileges) and a valid passport are required for periodic travel for manufacturer training across Canada and the USA.
- Language: Fluent English is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
