As an Eyewear Stylist/Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role with our team to deliver the best possible experience to our clients every day. Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide excellent retail customer service with a focus on in-store experience and issue resolution, prioritizing customers.
- Assist customers in finding suitable frames and address their vision needs.
- Develop and apply optical skills, continuously enhancing knowledge.
- Work closely with optometrists to understand and fulfil optical requirements.
- Educate customers on product quality, features, and benefits supporting their vision needs.
- Ensure positive and memorable customer experiences throughout the journey.
- Verify insurance coverage and process claims for eligible eyewear purchases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including prescription information and purchase history.

Store Operations

- Maintain organization, merchandising, and cleanliness, taking accountability for presentation.
- Check inventory counts and give insights on replenishing products.
- Drive performance by understanding and working towards in-store targets and KPIs.




- Possess solid product knowledge, including frames, accessories, contact lenses, and lens types.

Clinical And Professional Standards

- Check in and pre-test patients when required.
- Promote the importance of annual eye exams.
- Partner with an optician to ensure all jobs are checked for accuracy, quality, alignment. Prepare jobs for edging.

Skills, Attributes And Experience Required

- At least 1 year experience in optical, retail or customer service role.
- Strong organization and time management skills in a retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and attentive towards clients.
- Strong fashion sense to help clients find the suitable look.
- Enthusiastic and positive.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Quick learner and have a basic understanding of optics.
- Team player.
- You use your own initiative with projects and ideas for marketing, efficiency and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable and adaptable with your customer’s needs.
- Respect different ideas, opinions and personalities.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.44-$20.50 per hour
