Remote Canada prospect for a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant specializing in OTSM, CMDB, and OT integrations.

This full-time consultant builds, runs, and improves Operational Technology Service Management and CMDB on ServiceNow. The work spans OT asset data, CSDM alignment, MID Servers, and collaboration with plant, automation, cybersecurity, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure OT CI classes, lifecycle states, relationships, and classifications
- Maintain CMDB governance, IRE rules, health, ownership, and certification
- Build and monitor OT integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and Import Sets
- Deploy, monitor, and tune MID Servers across security zones
- Run testing, demos, defect fixes, and technical documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field
- Five-plus years ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- Two-plus years working with CMDB or ITOM
- Hands-on OTSM, Industrial Workspace, and OT Asset Management experience
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS-Discovery or CIS-CMDB/Data Foundations required
