Lead lifecycle growth for Invoice Simple by improving onboarding, activation, retention, and payments across iOS, Android, and web.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own the post-purchase customer journey for EverPro’s Invoice Simple. You will lead engineers, design, and data while partnering with Lifecycle Marketing, Payments, and Customer Experience. The focus is helping subscribers reach value quickly, adopt important features, build lasting habits, and remain customers longer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own post-purchase onboarding across iOS, Android, and web
- Accelerate first invoices and payments for current subscribers
- Drive payments, recurring invoices, and reminders adoption
- Reduce voluntary and involuntary subscription churn




- Build experiments, analyze results, and scale what works

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in product management
- Two or more years owning growth or lifecycle outcomes
- Hands-on AI-assisted prototyping or coding experience
- Measurable activation, engagement, retention, or churn gains
- Strong experimentation skills and customer data judgment
