This contract General Manager leads every aspect of store performance and team delivery. The position focuses on exceptional customer experience, sales, profitability, employee engagement, and development. You will communicate strategy, manage inventory and expenses, and champion technology supporting high-tech, high-touch customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate Indigo’s mission, strategy, and business goals
- Meet sales, profitability, and strategic performance targets
- Lead visual merchandising assessments and product flow

Requirements:

- College degree preferred or equivalent job experience
- Six-plus years managing specialty or multi-unit retail
- Experience leading leaders in a retail setting
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift items up to 40 pounds safely
