Citi in Mississauga is seeking a Service Designer to connect business strategy with user experiences across end-to-end services, including AI-enabled processes.

You will collaborate with UX, Product, Engineering, Operations and Business teams to map journeys, design artifacts, and governance, while considering risk and ethics in AI. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Service Design.
