Senior Oracle EBS Developer to deliver Oracle E-Business Suite technical development and application support

Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Developer to deliver customizations and integrations using Oracle E-Business Suite

Drive high-impact development within mission-critical financial systems by clearing a prioritized Oracle EBS backlog in a public sector education workplace. This role focuses on Oracle EBS 12.2.10 technical development across customizations, reports, interfaces, workflows, integrations, and financial data imports using SQL/PL/SQL. You will support modernization and sustainment on Oracle Database 19c and Solaris SPARC while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver enhancements and resolve issues. One-year contract with potential extension; immediate start targeted with in-person interviews preferred and hybrid flexibility.

Must Haves

- 7+ years of hands‑on Oracle E-Business Suite technical development
- Oracle Forms and Reports development and customization; BI Publisher reports; Concurrent Programs; OAF components; Oracle Workflow; custom integrations




- Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL; Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers; database performance tuning
- General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CE); financial business processes; cross-module integrations
- Solaris SPARC environments; ksh/bash shell scripting for automation and operational support

Nice to Have

- Hyperion exposure
- PeopleSoft exposure
- Oracle EBS 12.2.x and Oracle Database 19c exposure; enterprise financial applications

Responsibilities

- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop Oracle EBS customizations, reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations
- Build and maintain integrations, data imports, and related financial processing
- Support modernization, optimization, and sustainment of Oracle EBS 12.2.10 on Oracle Database 19c and Solaris SPARC
- Execute root cause analysis and application performance tuningParticipate in application patching, testing, deployment, and release management
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for mission-critical financial systems
