Investments operations specialists process transactions and resolve account issues at Tangerine, supporting registered products and high-volume banking workflows.

As Tangerine’s Investments Specialist, you will manage customer financial and non-financial transactions from multiple internal channels. You will support mutual funds, TFSAs, RIFs, and RSPs while serving as a subject matter expert. The work includes processing, investigation, training, testing, and account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process recent accounts, data entry, verification, and client investigations
- Complete cash management, trade processing, and account maintenance
- Monitor queues and follow up on service requests
- Reconcile daily processing work and scan internal documents
- Resolve complex account issues with banking institutions

Requirements:

- University or college degree
- One to two years of related work experience
- Banking industry experience preferred
- Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
