As a Project Manager with RHI Magnesita, you will lead tradespersons through planning, execution, completion, and closeout. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and milestones while coordinating safety, quality, and inspection activities. The position requires industrial construction knowledge, client communication, and practical drawing interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead refractory installation projects from planning through closeout
- Develop execution plans covering scope, budget, schedule, and resources
- Monitor construction progress, performance, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate Safety, Quality,



and Inspection teams
- Serve as primary client contact throughout project lifecycles

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in refractory installation or construction
- Strong understanding of industrial construction processes and methodologies
- Experience supervising skilled trades personnel and project teams
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, tenders, and RFPs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Office 365
