IHACSS seeks an experienced Program Manager for the Client Care Team and Senior Management. You will align services with contractual, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The position supports operational excellence, program effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Client Care Managers and clinical professionals
- Approve Individualized Care Plans and coordinate responsive services
- Develop goals with senior leadership and the COO
- Prepare for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews
- Facilitate client care and intake meetings

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in a related human services field
- Five years of progressive human services experience
- Three years of case management experience
- Two years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Knowledge of disability services, mental health, and harm reduction
