Ledcor seeks an Estimator for lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus projects. The full time permanent role welcomes candidates with 0–5 years of related experience, including individuals requiring training. You will interpret drawings, analyze costs, coordinate pricing, and support project teams with documented estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates through site visits, take-offs, pricing, and submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, proposals, and tender documents
- Coordinate pricing, addenda, invitations, and bid closings
- Develop conceptual estimates using historical data




- Maintain estimating systems, procedures, and standards

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in construction, estimating, engineering, or related field
- 0–5 years of related estimating experience preferred
- Knowledge of construction practices, equipment, costs, and budgeting
- Ability to interpret drawings and develop project schedules
- Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, InEight Estimate, and Primavera P6 preferred
