As Assistant Branch Manager, you will work under the Branch Manager while managing employees and overseeing operations. You will help meet sales and production targets, maintain environmental and Health & Safety procedures, and support business processes. Retail or automotive experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and participate in outdoor, physical branch operations
- Promote a welcoming, secure workplace for employees
- Enforce environmental and Health & Safety procedures

Requirements:

- Three years of customer service experience minimum
- One year of management experience minimum
- College or university degree
