This technical consultant supports customer engagements across sales, marketing, customer service, field service, and project service automation. You will work with business clients, analysts, developers, architects, and consultants while delivering D365 solutions. The work includes development, integrations, documentation, and pipeline ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define customer solutions with internal stakeholders and business clients
- Develop D365 CRM features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development pipeline
- Deliver customizations, software products, and integrations




- Maintain technical documentation for configurations and integrations

Requirements:

- Four-plus years with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Power Platform
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Power BI
- Experience integrating API or REST services
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, SSL, HTML, and CSS
- Experience installing and configuring data gateways
