Lead end-to-end finance strategy as Vice President Finance, owning FP&A;, reporting, and capital planning in a hands-on leadership capacity.

As the company’s senior-most finance leader, you will report directly to the CEO. You will set strategy while executing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investor relationships. The work spans SaaS metrics, unit economics, cash management, and cross-functional planning. You will oversee outsourced accounting operations while building scalable finance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own budgeting, forecasting, FP&A;, and multi-year financial modeling
- Lead reporting for executives, the board, and investors
- Oversee outsourced Controller, accounting, close, books, and controls
- Manage cash flow, treasury,



and working capital
- Lead capital strategy, fundraising, debt, and investor relations

Requirements:

- 10+ years in finance, including senior leadership
- Experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Experience building finance as a first or standalone hire
- Understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics
- Exposure to fundraising, debt, M&A;, or investor relations
