Lead collateral operations at Wealthsimple, applying treasury expertise, risk controls, and stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid team.

As Manager, Collateral Management, you will report to the Senior Manager of Cash & Collateral Management. You will lead daily collateral processes, support product launches, manage counterparty relationships, and strengthen capabilities. The work spans Product, Engineering, Trading, Treasury, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily collateral calls and treasury money movements
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and adequate controls
- Manage collateral sources, uses, and optimization initiatives
- Design procedures for current products and initiatives
- Maintain counterparty relationships and support middle-office functions

Requirements:

- Five or more years in collateral management or treasury operations
- Direct experience with OCC, CME, or CDCC collateral
- Experience using data to solve complex problems
- Effective planning, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong written communication, judgment, and integrity
