As an In-Field Team Excellence Capabilities Manager, you will serve as AbbVie’s Veeva CRM subject matter expert. The work combines CRM management, onboarding, training, project coordination, analytics, dashboards, workflow improvement, and compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders while supporting infield teams across system rollouts and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Veeva CRM system design, testing, and deployment
- Lead onboarding and training for infield teams
- Coordinate rollouts, timelines, and stakeholder communication




- Monitor infield execution and design performance dashboards
- Identify workflow improvements and enhance compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Three to five years in CRM management or field operations
- Experience within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
- Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM and Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced English skills
