Phasor Engineering Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment and onboarding while partnering with hiring managers across North America. You will manage postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, and contribute to a positive candidate and employee experience.

You’ll support documentation, onboarding processes, and HR programs, traveling occasionally within Canada and the U.S. to participate in career events and build talent networks.
