Lead order picking operations at Fresh Prep with people leadership and continuous improvement skills. Work Friday through Tuesday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

As an experienced, people-focused supervisor, you will lead Order Picking Team Leads, support staff, and Associates. The role combines operational oversight with coaching, succession planning, and performance accountability. You will collaborate across Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop Order Picking Team Leads and Associates
- Identify continuous improvement initiatives and track progress
- Implement step-up cards supporting skill progression
- Build capable backups for daily operational planning
- Align shifts through structured start meetings

Requirements:

- At least three years leading teams
- At least three years coaching direct reports
- Experience improving productivity and operational efficiency
- Cross-functional collaboration across four stated departments
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is an asset
