Lead Night Shift Warehouse Operations Join a Fast-Paced Distribution Centre in MississaugaAgilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor - Nights in the Warehousing, Distribution & Supply Chain Sector in MISSISSAUGA, Ontario.

Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a quick-paced distribution environment? We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and support a team of unionized employees on the night shift. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, inventory accuracy, safety, productivity, and customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and collective agreement requirements.

A typical day:

- Lead and supervise unionized warehouse employees, including coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and execute daily shift plans to meet productivity, shipping, and operational targets
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, and cost control measures to drive performance
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and warehouse activities while ensuring timely order fulfillment
- Promote workplace safety, enforce policies, and identify opportunities for process improvements

Successful candidates will have:





- Possess post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of supervisory experience within a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably unionized
- Apply strong leadership, communication, and labour relations skills
- Utilize warehouse management systems, RFID technology, barcode systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities while managing multiple priorities
- Experience managing mid to large sized teams

Total rewards: $80000.00 - $90000.00 annually
