Centretown CHC seeks a Registered Nurse for Integrated Health Services. Working within an interdisciplinary primary care team, you will provide nursing care to individuals, families, and groups. The role emphasizes health promotion, diverse populations, advocacy, and social determinants of health.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in nursing
