This Senior Business Analyst partners with business leaders, product owners, architects, developers, and project teams. The role supports technology-enabled solutions aligned with organizational objectives, operational needs, and enterprise standards. It also advances process improvement, transformation initiatives, and strategic program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead analysis for large, complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering
- Define, prioritize, document, and validate business requirements
- Assess current and future states, gaps, risks,



and dependencies
- Present recommendations and updates to leadership

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in a senior business analysis role
- Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Solid business analysis methodologies and best-practice knowledge
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall environments
- Knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, and data analysis
