The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation seeks an HR Advisor for its Human Resources team. You will translate organizational needs into HR programs and tools, while supporting teams through culture change. The work includes talent management, performance management, succession planning, career planning, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate organizational needs into HR projects, programs, and tools
- Design and improve talent and performance management processes
