As the Construction Electrical Site Supervisor, you'll report to the Construction Manager and ensure that in office operations meet safety, budget, and schedule expectations. Your leadership will be essential in guiding crews, documenting safety compliance, and maintaining the quality of work. You will be the key intermediary for project communication, managing crew timesheet accuracy and support.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee compliance with project drawings and schedules
• Lead and inspire electrical site teams for high performance




• Ensure daily crew timesheet submission is on time
• Act as the main contact for subcontractors and clients
• Lead by example to reinforce safety standards

Requirements:
• Degree in related field or PSE/Electrician certification
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• 5–7 years in construction management
• Preferred experience in medium-to-high-voltage environments
