Lead technical services at NAIT’s Main Campus with expertise in facilities engineering and energy management in a hybrid work arrangement.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Manager leads technical services and energy management within Facilities Management and Development. This leadership role supports campus infrastructure through design reviews, building systems performance improvement, commissioning, and engineering guidance. It advances energy and water efficiency, emissions reduction, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Technical Services team and sustainability initiatives
- Develop asset management, capital, and maintenance plans
- Oversee building condition assessments and feasibility studies
- Maintain technical design and construction standards




- Guide commissioning, handover, and operator training

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum seven years’ relevant facilities engineering experience
- Leadership experience involving energy management or sustainability
- Knowledge of building systems, controls, and commissioning
- Experience with asset planning, audits, and utility analysis
