This full-time, permanent Project Manager role covers delivery from handoff through closeout. You will manage budgets, contracts, schedules, change orders, documentation, and project risks. Collaboration spans clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, design, production, and site operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead construction projects through construction and final closeout
- Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and corrective actions
- Review contracts, drawings, specifications, scopes, and requirements
- Coordinate project teams, meetings, decisions, and commitments
- Maintain quality,



safety, documentation, and client relationships

Requirements:

- Five years of hands-on framing experience
- Three years supervising mid-rise wood-frame framing crews
- One year of Project Management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, budgets, and change orders
- Robust communication, organization, financial management, and decision-making abilities
