We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at Bell Windsor.

Job responsibilities as an In-Store Sales Representative:

- Provide personalized, high-quality customer service, from the moment customers enter the store through to after-sales support.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions from Bell’s full range of products and services, including mobile, residential, and small business solutions.
- Implement various sales strategies to promote Bell and Virgin products and services, seize business opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of available products and services by actively participating in training sessions and professional development activities.

Candidate Profile:

- At least one year of experience in sales and/or the telecommunications industry.
- Competitive mindset, resourcefulness, and initiative.
- Leadership skills.
- Robust motivation to succeed, achieve goals, and take on new challenges.
- Ability to quickly build lasting, trusting relationships with customers.




- Willingness to learn, improve, and develop new skills.

- Relevant experience or education related to the position is an asset.
- Availability to work 25 to 35 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes weekdays and weekends.
